Sales Talent, Inc. is seeking a field-based sales professional to cover CT, NY, NJ, PA, and MA. You will hunt new business, quote daily, and manage the full sales cycle with direct involvement from ownership.

The role offers a fast-paced environment with immediate rewards for results. You will build a book of business in manufacturing/industrial sectors, leveraging a lean sales organization and in-house support to close deals quickly.

Formación

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments.
• Self-starter who thrives in field-based selling and prospecting daily.
• Strong follow-through and organization; consistent quoting and closing.
• Willingness to work directly with ownership; minimal bureaucracy.
• Valid driver’s license; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and build relationships with target businesses across your territory.
• Generate and deliver quotes daily and bring new business into the pipeline weekly.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account follow-up.
• Represent a full product line including custom corrugated boxes and displays.
• Attend weekly sales meetings with ownership to review quotes and pipeline.
• Build a long-term territory with uncapped earning potential as your book grows.
