Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers’ homes. You’ll connect with customers at scheduled appointments and present the latest tech and services, driving sales in the Austin area.

Expect paid training, ongoing coaching, and the chance to earn an uncapped commission with top performers reaching six figures. A company vehicle is provided for official business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and willingness to drive for company use

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personalized sales interactions with customers through scheduled appointments
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions
• Utilize negotiation and communication skills to meet or exceed sales targets
• Represent AT&T professionally and provide exceptional customer experiences
