Job summary

DS Legacy Security Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Associate to drive new business in Florida and Virginia. You will prospect, conduct on-site security assessments, and present tailored proposals to property managers, owners, and event organizers to close contracts and earn commissions.

This 100% commission role offers uncapped earning potential with residual income on recurring contracts. You’ll work with warm leads, receive onboarding and ongoing coaching, and have a clear path to promotion for

Qualifications

• Self-starter with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Prior B2B field sales, door-to-door, or service industry experience preferred.
• Comfort with cold outreach and consultative selling.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Smartphone or tablet for CRM access in the field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads in your assigned territory through cold visits, calls, and networking.
• Conduct on-site security needs assessments and present tailored proposals.
• Build referral pipelines with property managers, GCs, event planners, and HOAs.
• Manage your pipeline and activities in the company CRM.
• Coordinate handoff to operations once contracts are signed.
• Hit and exceed quarterly new-revenue targets.
