Job summary

Lookout Pest Control, Inc. is hiring a driven Outside Sales Specialist to grow our Charleston market. You will close warm inbound leads, generate new business, conduct property inspections, and present customized pest-control solutions to homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses.

This field-based role offers a strong base salary with uncapped commissions, a clear path to six figures for top performers, a 401(k) match, PTO, and ongoing coaching to help you win.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with measurable KPIs.
• Ability to close deals in person and in the field.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Capability to inspect properties (including crawl spaces) when needed.

Responsibilities

• Close warm inbound leads (INB).
• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Conduct property inspections and present customized pest-control solutions.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses.
• Partner with technicians and inside sales to maximize opportunities.
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets.
