Job summary

WeBox is seeking a Field Sales Representative to sell our work meal program to businesses from startups to enterprises. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue in a fast-paced field role across San Francisco Bay Area locations.

Base salary starts at $70K with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses based on performance. Strong communication, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of sales experience, with a focus on B2B.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience or interest in field sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification to generate opportunities.
• Prospect and connect with businesses via calls, emails, door-to-door, referrals.
• Consistently achieve and exceed KPI.
• Strategically communicate the value of WeBox and its products to prospects.
• Build and maintain customer relationships from first touch to close.
