Job summary

WeBox is seeking an early-career SDR in San Carlos, CA, to identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships, helping grow and maintain our customer base. The role offers a base salary of $70K plus uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses based on performance.

You will sell WeBox's work meal program to businesses of all sizes, delivering engaging sales presentations that showcase our e-commerce platform, partner menus, logistics, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• 0-2 years sales work experience in B2B.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification to generate business opportunities.
• Prospect and connect with businesses (calls, emails, door-to-door, referrals).
• Consistently achieve and exceed KPI.
• Strategically communicate the value of WeBox and its products to prospects.
• Act as an ambassador of WeBox's vision, mission, brand, and product.
