Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, account management, or business development experience.
• HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profit margins by executing the sales strategy and territory plan.
• Prospect and onboard new customer accounts; build a strong pipeline.
• Educate customers on programs, promotions, and service details.
• Review reports with store managers and address opportunities.
• Monitor accounts for credit terms and follow up on issues.
• Stay aware of pricing trends to ensure competitive quotes.
• Identify campaigns and channels to grow territory sales.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
