Expect an uncapped commission structure with a total pay range of $62,900 to $100,000, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Training, scheduling, and a company vehicle are provided to support success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong upselling techniques that boost customer value.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
