Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative to deliver personalized sales interactions at customer homes. You’ll close deals with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery, while earning uncapped commissions and a salary with a potential top end near $100,000.

Starting pay ranges from $62,900 to $100,000 depending on geography, experience, and training. Expect a 40-hour week with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed and a paid training program to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive; company vehicle provided for official use.
