Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized home sales experiences. You will meet customers at scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, assess Wi‑Fi, and resolve tech delivery issues to keep customers connected, with uncapped commission potential and a path to six-figure earnings.

Training is provided, and you will engage with warm prospects daily. A valid driver’s license is required as company vehicle is provided for business use; evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you.
• Build relationships with customers to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot and close sales.
