Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Tree Care Maintenance division to drive new business, manage renewals, and schedule on-site consultations with homeowners, HOAs, and commercial clients.

You will leverage existing leads and your prospecting efforts to sell services such as tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and plant health care, while coordinating with field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience selling landscaping services including tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and plant health care.
• Experience with residential, HOA, and commercial properties preferred.
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred; TRAQ qualification encouraged.
• Ability to self-generate leads and work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• BS Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business in residential, HOA, and commercial sectors.
• Schedule and conduct on-site consultations and sales appointments.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals for tree care and maintenance services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewal and satisfaction.
• Manage and update customer information and sales activities using HubSpot and Oracle CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field technicians using Oracle Field Service to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Leverage Moon Valley Nurseries’ existing lead database while generating new leads.
