Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to drive market growth in a local territory. This boots-on-the-ground role combines selling benefits with hands-on coaching of new reps, including ride-alongs and one-on-one mentoring.

The position emphasizes in-person client meetings, professional benefit presentations, and leadership duties within a contractor engagement. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside or B2B sales in benefits/insurance.
• Experience mentoring or coaching sales reps in the field.
• Strong presentation skills with groups of 20–75+.
• Organized, data-driven coaching approach.
• Licensed in Health & Life insurance, or willing to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Sell in the market and train newer reps through ride-alongs and mentoring.
• Deliver benefit presentations to business owners and employee groups.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and coaching modules.
• Set realistic activity goals with leadership and monitor metrics.
• Maintain your client portfolio while coaching the team to grow production.
