Job summary

Allegiant Business Group seeks an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer for a local territory. This boots-on-the-ground role blends direct sales with hands-on coaching, operating as a 1099 contractor in the local market.

You will deliver benefit presentations to business owners and employee groups, conduct ride-alongs, and mentor newer reps through field coaching. Licensing support is provided, with travel within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Evidence of outside sales success in B2B or benefits/insurance preferred.
• Experience mentoring or coaching sales professionals in the field.
• Strong presentation skills for 1:1 and group meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an outside sales producer in your territory.
• Deliver benefit presentations to owners and employee groups.
• Conduct ride-alongs, debriefs, role-plays, and field coaching for new reps.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and coaching modules.
• Collaborate with leadership to set activity goals and improve conversions.
• Manage your client portfolio while supporting team growth.
