Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is looking for an Outside Sales Professional to inspect, quote, and sell pest control services. You’ll generate leads, build client relationships, and transition customers while working in the field with company-provided gear.

Training salary begins at $3,000/month with commission potential after training. A company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes for potential customers.
• Sales and lead generation through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Customer transition: communicate value and convert prospects into customers.
• Relationship building with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ongoing learning through regular training sessions and continuing education.
