Coastal Beverage Company, Inc., a leading beverage distributor in Eastern North Carolina, is seeking a SALES REPRESENTATIVE-SMALL FORMAT to grow market share in Wilmington/Carolina Beach. This field-based role requires regular visits to customer accounts and strong relationship-building with decision-makers.

The role emphasizes meeting monthly sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring accurate pricing and displays.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, 2-5 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math including discounts, percentages, and proportions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Basic computer skills with inventory/route accounting software.
• Reliable in-person attendance to support sales operations.
• Ability to obtain beer and wine sales license.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
