Job summary

AmeriPro Roofing is actively hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Chicago area. You will directly connect with homeowners via door-to-door canvassing, guiding them through exterior improvements with an uncapped commission structure and company-provided leads.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of full-cycle sales experience and a proven CRM track record. Training is provided, and you’ll operate using Service Titan and other CRM tools to manage inspections, quotes and enroll customers.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of full cycle sales with a proven track record.
• 1-2 years using CRM systems (Service Titan, Salesforce, HubSpot); MS Office 365 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable, insured vehicle; evenings/weekends availability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and organizational skills.
• Self-directed, coachable and motivated by performance-based compensation.
• Comfortable with outdoor field work and mobile data entry.

Responsibilities

• Generate Leads: door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Convert Issued Leads: marketing-provided leads supplement your efforts.
• Conduct Roof/Exterior Inspections: assess properties and document needs.
• Educate Homeowners: explain products, insurance claims or financing options.
• Build Relationships: maintain client connections to drive referrals.
• Monitor Sales Performance: track progress and share updates with team.
• Solve Problems: address client concerns for a smooth experience.
