Qualifications

• Experience in sales, roofing, construction, remodeling, project management, or related field encouraged.
• Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and conduct residential property and roof inspections.
• Safely access and inspect roofs and evaluate exterior conditions.
• Identify opportunities for roofing, siding, windows, gutters and decks.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Present products, pricing, warranties and project expectations.
• Generate business, close sales and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with homeowners, crews, suppliers and internal team.
• Stay involved from initial sale through project completion.
• Monitor schedules and customer information in our CRM.
