Job summary

Empower is seeking field sales professionals to recruit rideshare drivers in person at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). This contract position offers a path to become a full-time sales or marketing team lead.

You will engage in person, build relationships, and record information accurately. Requires 20+ hours/week, a smartphone, and own transportation. Fluent English; Spanish a plus. HS diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Available 20+ hours per week.
• Have smartphone.
• Can provide own transportation to/from CVG airport.
• Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new customers (rideshare drivers) in person at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).
• Present Empower’s offering and earning model to prospects.
