Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is seeking an Outside Sales Representative - Hunter to drive new business in the marketplace. The role involves field-based work, meeting clients in restaurants, and demonstrating solving from Auto-Chlor’s cleaning and service programs. Expect a competitive base with commissions and full benefits.

Cold-calling, prospecting, and territory management are core duties; you will be out in the field Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, building relationships and closing deals to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 1 year of new business development and cold calling.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Make 30 to 40 in-person cold calls every day.
• Build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
• Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
• Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.
