Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring a Pest Control Consultant in Moline, IL to sell residential pest management services and products. You’ll assess customers’ needs, provide expert knowledge, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You’ll work with a team across Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians, with a flexible field schedule and travel up to 100% of time within territory. Prior sales or pest experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence (company vehicle provided).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Inspect homes for pests and pest harborage.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and document findings.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide knowledge to service installations to ensure satisfaction.
