Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services and educate customers at their homes. You will inspect homes, identify pest issues, and provide effective solutions while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 1-2 years of pest control or sales experience. You will travel up to 100% within your territory and work with the branch team to grow revenue and protect customers'

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your current state of residence.
• 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for increased opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams with current base and service specialist engagement.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and ensure clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
