Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to grow product sales at major retailers nationwide. You will undertake store-level promotions, product demos, and merchandising, while leveraging Power BI to inform decisions.

The role requires retail-savvy communication, strong organization, and the ability to travel and work nontraditional hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong sales and account management skills.
• Experience in promoting products through events and in-store demos.
• Proficient with data analytics and Power BI for store-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot and other major retailers.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and store readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions with Power BI.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI training to work independently in your market.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners to improve in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting for assigned stores.
• Participate in merchandising resets to showcase cutting-edge products.
