Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot. You will lead in-store engagement, promotions, and product demos while applying data-driven insights using Power BI.

The role requires travel across national locations, nights and weekends as needed, and a proactive, self-motivated team player with strong planning and organizational skills. TTI offers growth-oriented training and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class retail sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging customers to tailor TTI product solutions.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and sell-through.
• Support and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
