Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional in Miami to inspect premises, provide quotes, and grow the customer base. You’ll generate leads, convert prospects, and build lasting relationships while advancing your career in a supportive, community-focused company.

You’ll participate in ongoing training, manage route-based assignments, and operate with a safety-first mindset. A company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad are provided, along with a robust benefits package and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes for potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate value of services to prospects and transition them into Northwest customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend regular training sessions and continuing education to stay current in industry trends.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
