Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring an Outside Sales Professional to inspect, quote, and sell pest control services in the Manchester area and surrounding regions. You’ll generate leads, present solutions, and transition prospects into loyal customers while building lasting relationships.

The role offers mandatory training with a salary of $3,000/month during training and potential commissions after, plus a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.
• Customer Transition: Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal Northwest customers.
• Relationship Building: Build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs.
• Safety First: Always maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
