Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Termite Sales Inspector in Layton, UT. You will perform comprehensive termite inspections, assess homes, and present tailored protection plans to homeowners. The role offers a company vehicle, strong earning potential, and award-winning training.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to obtain required pesticide credentials. No prior experience is needed as training is provided, with a path to leadership and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and beyond to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win their trust.
• Prospect for new business and follow leads; schedule sales appointments and meet customers in their homes.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes; explain processes and set expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will be provided.
