Qualifications

• Zero prior pest control experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently on a route and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness
• Meet with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property
• Communicate with customers about actions taken and satisfaction
• Complete all required service-related documentation on handheld device
