Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to work with commercial clients, selling pest management solutions and building lasting relationships. You will learn Orkin’s offerings and apply strategic recommendations to prevent pests while meeting regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes growth, training, and earning potential with base pay plus commission, plus a company vehicle and tools to support field sales. No industry experience is required, and a strong safety mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin products and services and sell them to diverse industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and handling assigned leads.
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
• Provide exceptional service aligning with Orkin's standards.
