Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to drive new business and provide pest control options to residential customers. This full-time role includes performing home evaluations, meeting clients, and explaining services with integrity and enthusiasm.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass licensing exams. A strong sales background and customer service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience.
• Proven sales ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Wake up excited to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations including crawling into tight spaces such as attics.
• Use sales skills to offer solutions and explain benefits clearly and honestly.
• Build rapport and network with residential customers to gain new business.
