Arrow Exterminators is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to build relationships with residential clients and drive pest control services. You will conduct home evaluations, estimate needs, and present solutions with honesty and clarity.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass state licensing exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience.
• Proven sales ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and existing clients to generate business.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations, including attic crawl spaces, to assess damage.
• Use sales skills to offer solutions and explain benefits clearly.
• Build rapport and gain new customers through inspections and follow-ups.
