Job summary

Arrow Exterminators in the United States is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator. This field-based role focuses on meeting new residential customers, surveying properties, and recommending pest control options while building lasting relationships.

You will drive a company vehicle, work away from desk, and aim to exceed sales goals. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to pass state licensing are required; strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory licensing exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience.
• Proven Sales ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and network with residential clients.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations including attic crawl spaces.
• Use sales skills to offer solutions and explain benefits.
• Excited to meet new people and gain new customers for Arrow Exterminators.
