Arrow Exterminators is hiring an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator in a full-time role. You will meet new clients, perform home pest-control evaluations, and advise on service options. Expect a performance-driven culture with a company vehicle and robust benefits.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass state licensing exams. You’ll need strong communication, sales skills, and physical stamina for crawling spaces

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass state regulatory licensing exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to crawl into crawl spaces.
• Customer service experience.
• Proven sales ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new clients and generate sales opportunities.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Conduct home evaluations, including attics and crawl spaces.
• Build rapport and convert prospects into customers.
