Arrow Exterminators is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to join our team. You will meet with residential clients, survey properties for pest-control needs, and present tailored solutions while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass state licensing/certification exams.
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to crawl into crawl spaces and maneuver in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residential clients to discuss pest-control options and close sales.
• Survey homes, estimate services, and present solutions with clear value.
• Develop and nurture relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity.
