Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to drive new business across our Norcross, Roswell and Alpharetta area. You will conduct interior and exterior inspections, provide quotes, and generate leads while building lasting relationships with customers.

Training salary of $3,000/month during onboarding, with commission potential after training. You’ll receive a company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• B2B & field sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes to customers.
• Sales and lead generation through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Customer transition: explain value of services and convert prospects to customers.
• Relationship building with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and skills.
• Operate company vehicles safely and follow safety protocols.
