Job summary

Lincare Holdings, America's largest supplier of respiratory and durable medical equipment, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and hit monthly targets in your local market. The role includes travel within the territory, competitive base salary with unlimited commission, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to learn and use sales data tools.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory.
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote Lincare's comprehensive product categories.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources.
• Willingness to travel within local assigned territory.
