Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home experiences and close deals through hands-on demonstrations, assessments, and tech delivery. You will work in the Franklin, TN area, engaging with warm prospects and driving sales with uncapped commission potential.

New reps receive paid training and join a team with clear targets. You’ll operate with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends, supported by a company vehicle for official business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and readiness to drive; company vehicle provided for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in the field.
• Close deals using hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• Engage with warm prospects provided by AT&T and follow up on opportunities.
• Work independently in the field and manage time to meet customer needs.
