Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home sales experiences. Earn a base salary with uncapped commissions, enjoying opportunities to reach top earnings around $100,000 depending on geography and performance.

New reps receive paid training, scheduled appointments, and ongoing coaching. This role requires driving to customer locations and meeting sales goals through demos and service delivery, with schedules including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• You’ll connect with our existing customers daily, with scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
• You’ll close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• You’ll use negotiation and communication skills to pivot and secure the sale.
