AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in Orlando to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. Earn $60,300–$100,000 with uncapped commissions, starting salaries within range based on geography and experience.

You will conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech deliveries while meeting customers on their schedule. We offer paid training, ongoing coaching, and a path to top earnings through strong negotiation and communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and be ready to drive.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

• Kick things off with paid training and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Connect with our existing customers daily through scheduled appointments.
• Close deals using hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Use strong negotiation and communications skills to engage warm prospects.
• Work independently to meet sales goals.
