AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in North Carolina to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. You will conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech deliveries to close deals with customers.

Successful candidates will have 1+ years in commission sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and be comfortable driving to customer locations across designated NC areas. Training is provided and top performers earn substantial commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use.
