Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Minnesota. Earn a total compensation range with base pay and uncapped commissions, with top earners approaching six figures. Training starts with paid sessions, followed by field appointments and hands-on demos to close sales.

You will visit customers at scheduled times, provide Wi‑Fi assessments, and ensure customer satisfaction. A driver’s license is required and a company vehicle is provided for business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline –this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

• You’ll connect with our existing customers daily, with AT&T providing scheduled appointments.
• You’ll close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• You’ll use strong negotiation and communications skills to engage warm prospects and achieve targets.
• You’ll participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to stay tech-savvy and successful in the field.
