Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of beverage alcohol industry experience, beer preferred.
• Experience in selling and merchandising in off- and on-premise retail accounts.
• Knowledge of 3-tier system and balancing wholesaler management with retail execution.
• Strong data analysis skills with VIP iDig, Karma, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and distribution in the assigned territory through local and national programs.
• Target key markets and establish a dominant presence; execute promotions with partners.
• Identify, target, and market to accounts with distributors to maximize distribution and merchandising.
• Build distributor relationships by attending meetings and informing management.
• Record daily sales activity and weekly results with backup for bonuses; meet sales goals with leadership.
