Cleft of the Rock is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Biloxi, MS to meet with business owners and individuals, presenting tailored insurance solutions. You will build relationships, manage a book of business, and drive sales through in-person engagements.

This role offers training, weekly draw pay plus commissions, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities within a purpose-driven team. Specifically, you will collaborate with managers to set goals and help clients secure peace of mind

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (reimbursement provided).

Responsabilités

• Visit businesses and meet with decision-makers in person.
• Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct group presentations for employee teams of various sizes.
• Build and manage your own book of business.
• Follow up on leads and respond to client inquiries.
• Maintain strong relationships and track progress with your manager.
