Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a Business Development Sales Representative in the Phoenix area to drive new business through in-person, off-site sales activities. Regular travel to customer sites and events is required. Base pay is $700 per week with a weekly bonus and strong benefits.

The role emphasizes building relationships, presenting customized proposals, and using Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Commercial sales experience with proven year-over-year growth of a territory.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent; able to communicate in English.
• Extensive driving and travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person visits with commercial customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through field visits and on-site consultations.
• Support commercial sales growth through outreach and territory development.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Sell Roto-Rooter’s commercial services including plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup.
• Promote maintenance programs and priority care service plans.
