Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in Phoenix is seeking a Business Development Sales Representative. The role focuses on making sales and securing orders from new and prospective customers through in-person, off-site activities.

Regular travel to customer locations, trade events, and other off-site sites is required. The position offers a $700 weekly base salary plus weekly performance-based bonuses, along with a competitive benefits package and a company-matching 401K (up to 6%).

Qualifications

• Commercial sales experience with proven year-over-year growth of a territory.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person visits with existing and prospective commercial customers.
• Establish, strengthen, and maintain customer relationships through regular field visits and on-site consultations.
• Support commercial sales growth through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and territory development.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts via field prospecting and relationship building.
• Sell Roto-Rooter’s commercial services, including plumbing, drain cleaning, and water restoration.
• Promote maintenance programs and service plans to customers.
• Document visits and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare on-site presentations and customized proposals.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and represent the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of sold services.
