Job summary

Verdant Cultivation Inc. seeks a Field Sales Representative to represent our brands in Maryland, building relationships with dispensaries through regular in-person visits and remote check-ins.

You will monitor inventory, inform about new products, and secure sales orders while ensuring marketing assets are displayed effectively to promote brand awareness. You will work with Marketing to develop sales plans, educate staff, and schedule pop-ups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience with revenue growth.
• Must be a people-person with strong relationship-building.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and learn new technologies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for MD travel.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with dispensaries through regular visits and remote check-ins.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Grow existing accounts and develop relationships with key decision makers.
• Ensure dispensaries receive new menus as they become available.
• Educate budtenders and retail staff on product features and brand story.
• Coordinate with Brand Ambassador for pop-ups and campaigns as needed.
• Install merchandising and marketing materials in dispensaries to promote brand awareness.
• Observe and communicate sales trends and market intelligence to Marketing Manager.
• Participate in industry and community events to grow networks and sales.
• Comply with HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
