Job summary

Filevine, a Legal AI company, seeks a field sales professional to plant a flag in Houston. This is a true outside sales role requiring four days in the field meeting law firms, paralegals, and attorneys.

You’ll build the territory playbook, own a defined geography, and sell Filevine's premium deposition stack as a differentiated solution in a market full of cheaper options. Base salary is $80,000–$90,000 plus commission; hybrid/onsite options and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally B2B and in a field/territory model.
• Proven track record of building a book of business from in-person relationships.
• Comfort selling a premium product against cheaper alternatives.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and hit targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build the playbook by testing what works in your territory and documenting it.
• Own a defined geographic territory with a daily route plan.
• Spend at least four days per week in the field meeting attorneys and staff.
• Sell Filevine's deposition stack as a premium offering in a commodity market.
• Drive customer enablement and product adoption with the onboarding team.
• Attend local industry events and run disciplined prospecting.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast targets.
• Partner with Operations, Scheduling, and Client Success to deliver a seamless deposition experience.
