Filevine is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to establish and grow a new field motion in a defined territory. You will walk law firms, paralegals, and attorneys, building a book of business through face-to-face engagement and trusted guidance.

You will sell Filevine's deposition stack as a premium offering and drive enablement and adoption with support from in-house teams. This role is hybrid with a strong emphasis on in-person visits and relationship-building in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in B2B environments.
• Ability to build a local territory and travel.
• Strong relationship-building with professionals.
• Comfort selling a premium product on value.
• Willingness to work in the field four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Build the playbook for your territory and scale the model Filevine uses.
• Own a defined geographic territory and plan routes for maximum face-to-face time with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Spend at least four days per week in the field visiting firms, scheduling lunches, and building relationships.
• Navigate gatekeepers and earn conversations from paralegals to managing partners who sign off on deals.
• Sell Filevine's deposition stack as a premium offering in a commodity market and articulate value over price.
• Drive customer enablement and product adoption and guide firms through their first depositions.
• Attend local industry events and be the visible Filevine presence in your market.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast targets, and manage deals with Operations and Client Success.
