Job summary

Summit Locations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and expand our billboard leasing portfolio. You will identify opportunities, present lease options to property owners, and close deals in a fast-paced field environment.

Ideal candidates have a hunter mindset, 1–3 years in outside sales, and a proven ability to independently manage a territory while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth installations and compliant permitting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in outside sales or business development
• Proven track record in sales/lease negotiations
• Comfort with cold calling and field visits
• Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of time
• Strong relationship management and prospecting skills

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with property owners to present lease opportunities
• Negotiate lease terms and rates aligned with company goals
• Draft and finalize lease agreements and related documents
• Liaise between company and property owners throughout the leasing lifecycle
• Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals and communications
• Collaborate with legal, permitting, construction and sales teams for smooth site transitions
• Support permitting and zoning processes by attending hearings
