Job summary

NexaMotion Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow installer customer sales across the territory. You will manage relationships, promote promotions, and drive growth while traveling daily to installer locations.

The role requires building a book of business, meeting targets, and coordinating with branch managers to ensure service excellence and progress toward yearly sales plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
• Dealership relationship management and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an installer book of business meeting yearly targets.
• Utilize CRM to record visit interactions and analyze data.
• Canvas new opportunities and set up new accounts.
• Meet weekly visit targets and coordinate with branch managers.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop sales plans and goals.
• Ensure customer service expectations are met and issues resolved.
