Job summary

AT&T in Minnesota is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized home demonstrations and services. You’ll work independently in the field, meeting scheduled appointments and closing deals with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments, earning uncapped commissions and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—ability to drive as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities
